Faster Netbeans startup

There are two easy ways for faster Netbeans startup

1. Un-install/Deactivate ununsed plugin from Tool|Plugin Menu

2. Go to /etc/conf and open netbeans.conf file, change the Java Heap size there

change -J-Xms32m To -J-Xms512m
